Plum Quatuor

Plums are symbolic of happiness, and Plum Quatour will bring a smile to sour lovers. After the boil, this beer is cooled in the open air on a coolship to spontaneously ferment. Naturally introduced wild yeast and bacteria give this sour its iconic base, which is then aged in plum jerkum barrels on plumbs for 9 months.
